美國新興運動品牌 Under Armour (UA-US) 近來強勢崛起，已對龍頭 Nike (NKE-US) 形成威脅，在 NBA 金州勇士隊當家球星柯瑞 (Stephen Curry) 代言下，更為企業帶來亮麗的財報。然而， UA 主要通路商之一的 Sports Authority 聲請破產的消息，卻讓 UA 調降今年財測，股價也受到衝擊。

媒體《MarketWatch》報導，由於 Sports Authority 近期獲得批准的破產清算，並非重組抑或出售其經營業務， UA 認為自 Sports Authority 獲取的收入可能僅剩下 25% 。

對此， UA 指出今年銷售將因此降至 49.3 億美元，遜於 4 月時預估的 50 億美元，亦不及分析師預期的 50.3 億美元。然而，新的財測仍將為公司帶來 24% 的年營收成長。

另外， UA 本季度的銷售成長預期並未改變，維持在逾 25% 以上，但營業獲利預估降至 1700 萬美元 1900 萬美元之間，遜於分2016房貸利率最低銀行 析師預期的 1970 萬美元。

UA 執行長 Kevin Plank 坦言， Sports Authority 的破產事件確實對公司帶來影響，惟此為一次性事件， UA 仍具有相當強的品牌動能，市場需求也十分活躍。

UA 股價正常交易時段下跌 0.5% ，調降財測消息公布後，盤後股價大跌 3.02% ，收 36.59 美元。
